The process begins with your project and property information, followed by payment and WTR’s preliminary review.

Share your contact information, property details, intended use, utilities, site access, timeline and available documents. The questionnaire takes approximately 5–7 minutes.

Receive Payment Instructions
After submitting the questionnaire, WTR will contact you with payment instructions for the $500 review fee and information about the next steps.

WTR Begins the Review
Once payment is confirmed, WTR evaluates the submitted information and provides a written feasibility summary followed by a 30-minute consultation.
